What could possibly be more fun than donning a viking-style helmet (complete with horns) and running, crawling, climbing and zip-lining your way around a 5 km course to jump a bed of hot coals at the finish line?

RunnerGurlz ain’t no strangers to the Warrior Dash, billed as the “Craziest Frickin’ Day of Your Life!”, as you’ll see from Nancy’s 2010 account. This year, we’re Dashing Ontario-style (that’s Canada, eh?), with a Warrior Dash right in our home town of Barrie on July 9th (technically it’s north of Barrie by about 20 minutes) at Horseshoe Valley Resort.
